Can I pay by invoice?

We prefer credit card payment (Mastercard, Visa or American Express) as this means you’ll get instant access to your course. We can only invoice UK based pharmaceutical companies or overseas pharmaceutical companies placing large bulk orders.  All other orders should be by card.

If you want to pay by invoice,  simply contact us and provide your name and email.  We’ll set up the course manually for you, so there may be a slight delay.

Discounts for one person booking multiple courses

Check our bundle offers as these already offer a good saving on the individual course prices. From time to time we email discount codes and so join our mailing list on our homepage to receive all the latest offers.

Discounts for multiple people on the same course

If you want to book large numbers of people on the same course, discounts are available.  Please contact us for more information.

Can I book the course, but enroll someone else?

Yes. Choose the course and add it to the cart. Below the shopping cart, click the link to ‘purchase for someone else or bulk purchase’. Enter the number of learners.

If you know the learner’s name and email, enter this information and they will be automatically enrolled into the course.

If you don’t know their name, tick the ‘unknown user’ option. You will receive a voucher which you can then forward to the person to enroll.

When do courses expire?

Medical Information courses need to be completed within six months of enrolling.  The ABPI Code quizzes expire after 6 weeks.

Can I re-take the course?

You can only take the Medical Information courses once.

You can take the ABPI Code quizzes as many times as you like in the 6 week access period.

Certificates and handouts

A certificate is provided on completion, on the completed course tab. We don’t provide a handout as we find people like to take their own notes.  You advance each slide and so there is plenty of time to take notes as you go.
