ABPI 2021 Code of Practice implementation
The 2021 ABPI Code of Practice is here and so we are ready to help you unpick and implement the changes ready for the go live date on 1st July 2021. Unlike other years, there is no transition period and so you have until 1st July 2021 to get yourself ready.
2021 ABPI Code of Practice training and implementation
Whilst the detail has not changed hugely, almost every clause has moved and so companies will need to plan ahead to ensure three things:
- Implement and start following the new Code on 1st July 2021
- Update your policies and procedures
- Train staff (pharmaceutical companies and supporting organisations such as agencies) on both the Code changes and your updated policies
How can we hep you?
