Monthly ABPI Code case updates
The PMCPA continuously publish cases of alleged ABPI Code of Practice breaches. Our monthly updates give you all the key learning points and must know outcomes to keep you compliant.
Why stay up to date?
Staying up to date with published cases is a non-negotiable! Case knowledge underpins compliance decisions. If you’re not staying up to date, you’re
- running the risk of making the same mistakes
- missing opportunities of how companies have successfully navigated the Code to give them a competitive advantage
- basing your compliance decisions on out of date information
But reading cases is not easy
With 150+ new cases every year it can be hard to find time to read Code cases. We get it – we’ve been running these sessions since 2014. Cases reports can be long, they are not always clear and so finding the game-changing learning points is time consuming. And you need expert Code knowledge to spot them. AI can get you part way, but it doesn’t give the nuance.
Save time and effort!
Our monthly webinars save you time and keep you up to date. We summarise every case and highlight the key learning points, new case precedence and ways companies have interpreted the Code successfully. Everyone in your affiliate can join the sessions, everyone hears the same information and so they are great for stimulating internal Code discussion and debate, keeping compliance front of mind.
Our annual Code case update membership includes:
- Monthly live 60 minute sessions focusing on case learning points.
- Morning and afternoon live sessions on different platforms, to fit around busy diaries.
- Access to the recording for 4 months if you can’t make the live session.
- PDF handout of our slides to make notes or to save as a valuable resource.
- Chance to ask questions.
- Optional attendance reports giving an audit trail for training and governance.
- All sessions are run by Jayne Packham, an expert in the ABPI Code and an expert trainer.
