Monthly ABPI Code case updates

The PMCPA continuously publish cases of alleged ABPI Code of Practice breaches. These rulings set immediate case precedence for company activities and materials. Our monthly webinars summarise the key learning points and keep you up to date.

With 150+ new cases published every year it can be hard to find time to stay on top of Code cases, read endless pages and pull out the key points that you need to act on. We do this for you, keeping you up to date with all the Code news, saving you time to focus on other things.

35+ companies trust us every year to keep them up to date.

Our Code case update membership includes:

  • Monthly live and recorded 60 minute webinars giving concise, no-waffle, Code case summaries from the previous month.
  • 45 minutes of cases and a 10-15 minute live Code clinic to ask any questions you’d like – ideal to gauge how other companies might tackle an issue.
  • Access to the recordings for 4 months if you can’t make the lives session.
  • PDF handout of our slides to make notes or to save as a valuable resource.
  • All sessions are run by Jayne Packham, an expert in the ABPI Code and an expert trainer. We’ve been giving these updates since 2014!
  • A drip feed of Code training throughout the year.
