How do companies take the ABPI Code and practically implement it across their organisations?

We’ll discuss the future of the Code and the latest hot topics in creating compliant materials and activities.  Plus we are also diving deeper – exploring the real challenges of building a company-wide compliance culture and what robust governance looks like in practice.

We are bringing together leading industry experts, including the PMCPA and of course Jayne will be presenting and facilitating cross-company discussions.

The Regulator’s perspective
The PMCPA will share their future plans for the ABPI Code and the hot topics that you need to know about – EU legislation, arm’s length agreements, social media evolution and package deals.
